【Important Notes 注意事項】

  1. You must also upload your payment receipt during the submission phase. Please pay close attention to this.
    因本會議於「投稿階段」,便需一併「上傳繳費憑證」,故請特別留意。
  2. If the paper is a collaborative work, the representative must complete the paper information and upload it to the submission system.
    如論文為「多人合著」,則需由代表至「投稿系統」完成論文資料填寫及上傳。
  3. Only those who have completed payment and attended the conference can obtain a participation certificate (or a presentation certificate).
    凡完成繳費及出席者,才能取得〝參與證明〞(或〝發表證明〞)等。
  4. Payment is non-refundable unless there is a special reason.
    凡已繳費者,無特殊原因,恕難退費。
  5. This conference does not accept the transfer of submission eligibility.
    本研討會不接受投稿資格轉讓。

徵稿說明 Call for Papers

This conference accepts submissions of abstracts for “Oral presentation” and “Poster presentation”, and will be reviewed anonymously by experts. Further details are provided below.
(*Several outstanding and excellent papers will be selected on the day of the event.)
本會議分為「口頭摘要」及「海報摘要」投稿,並由專家學者進行匿名審查,相關說明如下。(※活動日另會評選優等及佳作論文數篇)

【Regarding the “Poster presentation” participants, please note the following points 海報摘要發表者注意事項】

  1. Please print the poster and set it up at the venue before the conference begins. (Size: Portrait A1 [594 x 841 mm])
    〝自行列印〞並於研討會當日會議開始前到場佈置完成。(規格:直式A1【594 x 841 mm】
  2. The poster content is open to your interpretation, but should primarily focus on presenting the content of your research paper, and it is recommended to include the following sections in both Chinese and English: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract, Research Objectives, Research Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
    海報內容可自由發揮,惟需以呈現論文內容為主,建議可含中文(英文)題目、作者、服務單位、摘要、研究目的、研究方法、結果與討論、結論、參考文獻等。
